*In Loving Memory of Walter Scott: Help for Funeral and Family Expenses*

It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of our beloved Walter Scott on July 14th, 2025. Walter was involved in a devastating accident when his motorized wheelchair became lodged in the track, and tragically, he was struck by a train. Walter’s passing leaves a hole in our hearts, and we are struggling to cope with the emotional and financial burdens that follow this unexpected tragedy.

Walter was a loving husband to Katherine Scott, who is now faced with the immense challenge of navigating this difficult time. Unfortunately, Walter did not have life insurance, and without this coverage, we are left with the overwhelming responsibility of funeral costs and bills, which are all coming out of pocket. On top of this, Katherine, who does not work and suffers from numerous health issues, is now left without her lifelong partner and primary caregiver.

We are turning to our community of friends and family for support during this heartbreaking time. Any donations, no matter how big or small, will go directly toward covering the funeral expenses and helping Katherine manage her ongoing medical and living costs.
