Help with funeral and cleanup expenses for Blaine

It is with great sadness that we have to share the news of the passing of Blaine Chorba. He was our Brother, Father, Grandfather, Cousin, Nephew, Son , Uncle and Friend. We cannot express the heartbreak of losing him at such a young age. He had so many challenges in his life, the saddest part is that he was beginning to get things together enough to make a move back to beautiful San Juan Islands, a place that he loved so much to begin again and right some wrongs in his life with his beautiful daughter and grandchildren.

As his sisters, we understood his challenges, our childhood was rocked by tragedy, but we were able to climb above those  challenges and tragedies but for Blaine he had a much harder road. Blaine suffered from Bipolar disorder and during  the pandemic Blaine contracted covid and had to be hospitalized. Unfortunately , our brother suffered from other illnesses and had severe liver damage. He passed away waiting to see doctors to discuss a liver transplant.

His sisters Annie and Laura will travel to West Monroe Louisiana  to clean up his home and move his life out of there as soon as we can put together enough funds for this. Blaine was very much like our Dad, he " collected " many things that were of value to him so we don't yet know what we will be walking into once we step foot into his home. We hope that friends and family can help us get enough money together for funeral expenses and to  head down to Louisiana and do what needs to be done.

In the meantime please keep Blaine in your thoughts and prayers. His mad talented life was cut short and it makes us so sad that we will never again here his voice or  get to meet his Grandchildren and hug his daughter. May his life and musical prodigy live on in the collective creative consciousness that we all tap into. Goodbye dearest Blaine , may you find rest and comfort back in the arms of  Mom and Dad , Grandmas and Grandpas , Brother, sister and all your beloved kitties and pups that have gone on before you. We love you so very much.
