My brother, Jorge Chavez was shot twice this New Years Eve. There is no suspect in custody.  We never imagined we would never see him again and that we would end this year so horribly. 

Jorge was a hardworking and caring brother, son, and uncle who took care of my mom and younger brother. He did not have any problems with anybody and we would never imagine this happening to him.  This pain is so deep and it hurts to start the year this way.

We would appreciate any help for his funeral expenses. Truly anything will help.
