Help with Frog's Surgery

Our poor baby Frog was an indoor-outdoor cat that would come to the door for pets and love. He's the absolute sweetest animal we've ever met. Last Wednesday, he came to the door limping, covered in blood, and yelping and crying in pain :( The first thing we really noticed is that his eye was out of its socket. We cleaned him and bandaged him up the best we could and scrambled to find somewhere that could treat him so close to the holidays. After a few long days of watching him suffer and way too many phone calls to different vets, we finally managed to just barely scrape together enough money from savings to get him medically treated. The x-rays showed that he has a broken pelvis, fractured jaw, and a chipped canine but thankfully, no internal bleeding. They told us that he was most likely hit by a car.

The combined possible treatments and surgeries racked up to a pretty high bill. We were kind of freaking out because the ethical thing to do would be to give him the best care possible, but all we could afford to do was get his eye treated and honestly, we could barely afford to do that. Unfortunately, since too many days had gone by, we weren't able to save the eye. It's been about 24 hours since the surgery and this little man's big heart is really what's keeping him going. When he's not resting, he's using all of his strength and his wobbly, shakey legs to come over and to give us love and lots of purrs.

As poor, animal-loving young people, any donation would mean the world to us. We are willing to do anything to help Frog heal, but we need help, too. Any money donated would go towards the next procedure(s) he needs done, including setting his pelvis and his jaw, as well as to help us get back on our feet after draining our savings.
