Hi everyone, this is Danielle - Paul's youngest daughter. We are heartbroken by the loss of Paul Joad. His decline from stage IV stomach cancer was very sudden and we are still reeling from the events that have passed. He was diagnosed August 2023 and he was continuing his second round of chemo at the time of his passing. He is survived by his long-term partner (Nia), his brother (Richard), his two daughters (Natalie and Danielle), and his two cats (Kyra and Valerie).

We are raising funds to cover any upcoming funeral costs, customs fees, transportation of his ashes to the UK, medical bills, legal fees, and home bills. All leftover funds will be diverted to support his cats' gambling habits (kidding).

It was Paul's last wish to have his remains cremated and sent to his family burial site in the U.K. to be with his mother, Grace, and brother, Steven. We are still coordinating the details of a funeral service not yet decided. We will have either an in-person or virtual option available.
