Help with expenses while Mary battles cancer

I was diagnosed with rectal cancer May 5, 2021 after a colonoscopy discovered a tumor. I was 36 years old at the time. This was devasting for many reasons but the main one being that I am a mom to a beautiful boy named Garner who has Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome and needs my care every day of his life for everything. He is gastro tube fed, non verbal, epileptic, developmentally delayed, physically disabled, etc. So discovering that I have cancer has been completely gut wrenching. 
After a year of chemoradiation and chemotherapy CT scans showed that spots on my lungs had grown and multiplied. A lung biopsy proved that they were the same rectal cancer meaning that it had spread to my lungs and I am now considered metastatic. I have recently started more chemotherapy in hopes to shrink all the tumors and stop growth so I can possibly have surgery. There is concern that the tumors in my lungs will keep coming back and that scares the hell out of me. My son needs me. 
Thats why we are asking for help. My husband John has not really been able to work because he has been needed at home to take care of Garner while I have been too sick to do it. We have relied on family to help with rent and other bills but cannot keep doing that. So we need a caregiver/nanny to step in and help out with Garners care such as gastro feds, play time, therapy, going to and from doctors appts, etc. 
Then John can resume work without worrying about me and Garner. And maybe life can feel a little normal again.
