Help with expenses related to cancer surgery

Hi, my name is Trish. I'm a 67-year-old artist who has lived independently all my life, until...I couldnt.

You know how life is - one dang thing after another. I experienced several dang things over a period of years (including homelessness which i have corrected, living now in secure senior housing) culminating most recently in uterine cancer.

Expenses have piled up on my credit cards: medical copays and supplies (!), transportation (my oncologist is an $80 carfare away + Ubers to/from hospitals, testing labs, doctors' offices), and food (I've been unable to cook for myself so had to order in several times a week. Brutal. A couple of friends have come to my personal aid in my home, for which I am grateful beyond telling.

At this point my credit balance is beyond unwieldy and I'm asking for your support. This fundraiser is for only a portion of my expenses in this regard; I received some help from a family member. Any amount you donate will help. I live on a fixed income, and I just don't want to pay interest on these unavoidable costs.
