As many of you know, my father Gerard Bilodeau passed away on November 26, 2024, after complications arising from a subdural hematoma. His decline was sudden, severe, and surprising, and we were unprepared for it, emotionally but also legally and financially.

There were many out-of-pocket expenses for the entire process, the single largest of which was the cremation on December 4. After having already been stretched thin by the destruction from the hurricane, this was more than we were really able to bear. The goal has been set to cover the basics (cremation arrangements and some of the costs that came with his care taking and wrapping up his affairs), but any and all help would be appreciated, whether it be donating or sharing this with people who may be interested.
