Help with expenses after cancer surgery

About 2 months ago I was diagnosed with MS and then 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with stomach cancer as well. My surgery has been scheduled for the 18th of this month to remove the stomach tumor and then they will decide if further treatment like chemo is needed. I will only receive 1 more unemployment check after my surgery which requires 3 or 4 weeks of recovery for a normal person, with MS there's no telling how long it will take.

I'm moving in the middle of all this and basically all of my last check will be used for the move. After that I will have zero income until I'm able to get disability approved. As much as I hate this I'm so overwhelmed and scared to death of how I will survive and will definitely need help with expenses like my rent portion, utilities (electric bills have to be paid down to $0 before they will even switch your service to a new place as well), toiletries and things like detergent and such, car expenses and gas to get to all my many doctors appointments all the way across town, and cat food and litter for my furbabies. Anything you can give would be so very much appreciated, you have no idea how much.
