Help with end stage kidney failure

Dawit Becha is a 24-year-old sophomore student at Hawassa University, Ethiopia. He has been diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure. He is doing dialysis now and scheduled for a transplant in three months. The procedure is costly and not affordable for him. Remember, the country has no health insurance system.
