Hey guys, my name is Jade and I’ve known Emma for just over 15 years she was one of my best friends who we met at Eltham high school Em has a few best friends and so many true friends who she loved and adored so much. It is with a heavy heart I announce on behalf of Emma's family that Emma passed away unexpectedly on Saturday night. We have created this page help assist Emma’s family with her service and to also help support her 4 beautiful amazing younge children all under the age of 10 years old whome is now without a mother in this difficult time. As you are all aware Em was a beautiful soul and loved her family, friends and especially her 4 beautiful children. Let’s rally up and help support Emma’s family and her children please as it will be much appreciated in this hard time of grief.
