Let's Kill Cancer

My name is Lori Barsi. My husband Barry and I are long time friends and coworkers of Doug Ukrainetz and the whole Ukrainetz Auction family!!!

As many of you may or may not know our friend, coworker, beloved father and Geedo has come into a battle with cancer. This has led him to having to look for care outside of Canada as this was the best option. As a friend I know all he wants is for us to keep him in our thoughts and prayers but with many people inquiring to help out, Barry and myself have decided to set up a GoFundMe on his behalf.

Unfortunately, with that comes unexpected expenses for treatment and everyday living which can be very difficult while trying to focus on your treatment.

Life has sometimes been a battle and he has the scars to prove it but this will be the biggest battle of his life. If you know Doug he is always the first person to help anyone out but never wants help in return. He has helped out many people, fundraisers, organizations in the last 50 years. For 50 years his advertising motto has been "People are #1" and has never asked for anything but a thank you in return.
