Help with Ditzy's outstanding emergency vet bill.

Donation protected

I'm Molly, but to Ditzy, I was mom. Ditzy had just turned 4 in March 2025. Her passing was sudden, and we did everything we could. Alongside the emotional toll, we're now facing the financial burden of emergency vet bills and costs for her cremation services. This isn't something we ever thought we'd have to ask for, but if you're in a position to help—even just a little—it would mean the world to us. Every donation will go directly to Ditzy's vet bills and cremation expenses. That way, we can bring her home to honor her the way she deserves. She was more than loving, always hyper, always happy, always curious, and she loved life. I got Ditzy when she was about 4 months old; it was for training classes with me. The connection was instant for both of us. Two months later, she moved in. Her name is Ditzy; I liked to call her Ditzy-Doo, Ditzo-the-Skitzo, Ditzy-Doodle, Ditzy-Doo-a-la-Lol-Day—well, let's just say she had many nicknames. Ditzy was the smartest dog I ever had the privilege of knowing. Among the many tricks she learned along the way, my favorite was her ability to communicate with her talk buttons. Ditzy was adventurous. On sunny days, she loved to go on trail adventures and swim in creeks. During winter days, we would go sledding and always play out in the snow. On rainy days, she would go potty no matter what; that meant she got to eat the raindrops! That was one of her favorite things! Some of her favorite indoor activities included playing catch, watching TV, playing The Sims 4 with mom, of course, and chasing any and all light reflections/shadows. She loved when mom would get the aluminum foil out; she would go crazy! Ditzy loved watching TV; she would watch anything really and got emotional when something was sad or anxiety-ridden on the TV. Ditzy had her anxious moments, but I think she got most of that from me. She loved following me to the bathroom. I was sick for about 2 years, and no matter what or when, she was always in there with me. She also loved to stand up and give hugs; everyone loved a hug from Ditzy. She was a constant source of love, laughter, and comfort. More than a companion, more than my adventure buddy, much more than my bathroom buddy, and more than my TV binge buddy. She was like a child, except she actually listened. She was my true lifeline when I was in need and my savior on my most emotional days. Thank you for taking the time to read, share, or donate. Thank you for keeping Ditzy in your hearts; she was truly one of a kind.
