Help with Diesel major surgery

Donation protected
My wonderful puppy diesel was born October 31st, 2016 he was happy go lucky at first and started having problems and spells that included him being lethargic, lose of appetite, his back hunkered with his docked tail all the way down. Since I have had him I took him to the vet for his puppy visits and 3 different times for him not looking and feeling well and the vet he was going to could only draw his blood and tell me his blood count was on the low but good side and gave me nutracal and told me to put him on a high protein diet and which I followed directions to help my fur baby get better and he would get better and act like his normal self bouncing around playing barking and then a couple days later he would slip back into not feeling well so I would rush him back and they still couldn't tell me anything new just that he maybe exhausted and keep the high protein diet up and nutracal when needed. He got feeling better and snapped out of it again but Today February 7th, 2017 he went back into his spell but this time not only on top on his normal spell he was also walking in circles and would press his head up to a wall or cabinet in the kitchen or on me and either stand there or sit so i called his vet again this time they wanted to run a parvo test which i knew that was not it so i called a new vet much closer to me and I'm so thankful I did I took him at 10:30 this morning and the lovely dr knew actually what to check and run the test and Diesel was diagnosed with a Liver shunt it is a birth defect. His vessel to his liver did not close at birth and its filling up his liver with ammonia now he's on two medicines to help maintain it and also on a vet low protein diet food to help decease the ammonia build up. He has to remain on the medicine and Low protein diet food until he can have the surgery. The new vet that I went to today and will continue to take him to highly recommend UT in Knoxville, tn as they specialize in liver shunt surgery the estimate cost is $2800-$3200 depending on what the ultrasound he has to do to see how bad it is will determine the cost. I'm not asking for all of the fund amount but I'm asking for help to help him. I may not have had him for years and he's still such a young puppy but the sun rises and sets on him in my eyes he's my fur babies and me and my family are so attached and devastated right now. I don't want anything to happen to him we love our little diesel chase. I would gladly set up a page specifically to prove and show Diesels journey to get better and fix the liver problem he has. If you can't donate please share it like crazy. My family and especially myself would greatly appreciate any kind of support and prayers that you could offer us at this time.
