My wife and I have been homeless and I’ve been the only one working since we had to move back to the SF Bay Area to be close to my wife’s mother, who had Alzheimer’s. My job barely pays for the room we’ve been staying at, and we’ve been struggling even for food. We have no savings or any other money for anything else, and every day has been a challenge just to get by.

Recently, my mother-in-law passed away, and we have absolutely no money to pay for her cremation. We’ve looked into every possible option, but there is nothing available to help us cover her cremation and related expenses.
