My husband was my best friend—no one could make me laugh the way he did. We were hopeful when he went in for an aortic bypass on January 19th, believing the surgery would help him feel better and give us more time together. Tragically, the surgery led to a massive stroke, and he passed away on Valentine’s Day. Losing him so suddenly has left me heartbroken and facing unexpected challenges.

Right now, I am working as a gig worker, seven days a week, just to cover rent and food. The cost of his cremation is more than I can manage on my own. Every dollar raised will go directly toward his cremation expenses, helping me honor his memory and say goodbye in a way he deserves.
