As many of you know. Our father is at the end and final stages of his life, battling cancer and kidney failure. While he was not always present in our lives the way we needed or hoped, he is still our dad—and no matter the distance or the pain of absence, there is still love, still questions, still a deep ache that only a child can feel for their parent

There are moments filled with memories we never had the chance to make, and others where forgiveness tries to fill the gaps left behind. Now, as his time on this earth draws to a close end.

We are asking for help. As his children, we are struggling to afford the costs of cremation and a simple, dignified service. We want to give him peace in passing, even if the journey here was not always peaceful.

Any support, no matter how small, would help lift the burden from our shoulders during this difficult time. More than that, it would mean a final act of love and compassion for a man who, in the end, is still our father.
