My wife used to be New York City school teacher but in 2014 he was diagnosed with ataxia which is a terminal degenerative genetic disease. Within a year she became fully handicapped and then the next lost the ability to speak and became fully incapacitated. I cant work and cant get benefits because I take 24/7 Care of her. Medial Costs are Very Costly.
 I been trying to negotiate with landlord. He is also shut down plumbing line so now there sewage in my bathtub. Landlord doesn't care, refuses to fix anything and just wants us out by the 31st.
I vowed to be by Sarah's side till the end so she would't have to face it alone.
