Hi my name is Emma I am asking for help in relation to my family , our home house went on fire yesterday and everything was destroyed only things we have left are a picture frame and a laptop.. all that's left of the house now is the shell.

My mam and my 2 brothers only have the clothes that they wore yesterday.

They have nothing, everything is ruined. I hate to ask but we are left with no other choice , we have asked for help from charity shops but was told to ring back later as they were busy with a coffee morning now.

That house ment the world to us as it held all our memories with our dear dad who died 2 years ago.

We are all devastated by it all.
