I recently got the news that i have cancer, it came out of the blue, i am self employed and didnt have a good year last year and this year the virus came along. A week ago i nearly died trying to get to hoSpital due to massive internal bleeding, that is where i was told i have cancer, i got out of hospital yesterday 24th of july,  now i am trying  to recover from the internal bleeding and trying to cope with many things, its stomach cancer involving the gullet which is closing up, i have to go places to have more tests. i do not have much money with which to get the things i need and fight this thing proply, any help no matter how small would be gratefully received recieved
