Help with Cindy Solari's Funeral Expenses

Hi, I'm Nancy Boyett, a friend of Cindy's, asking for your help.

I knew Cindy for 17 years. She was a smart, funny, dedicated, honorable woman and very dear to me.

Over a decade ago Cindy was diagnosed with vasculitis. This disease damaged her kidneys and put her on regular dialysis, and eventually damaged her heart, with many physical issues aside from those. Through it all, as a single mom, Cindy was determined to live as normal a life as possible for her son Corey, as well as for herself. She not only dealt with the heavy toll of her medical issues, but she gave back to her community in any way she could. Helping others was a big part of who she was.

Cindy really wanted to stick around for Corey's life milestones and I know how hard she worked to do that. She made it until after Corey's college graduation and I know that gave her some comfort. Corey is an amazing and principled young man, raised by a remarkable woman who loved him above all. Fortunately, Cindy's mom and dad continue to be here for Corey, as they always have been for him and Cindy.

Cindy passed on November 30, 2021, surrounded by love from both near and far. She had been on disability for some time due to her declining health and she would not have wanted her family to bear the burden of funeral costs alone. I ask that as a community we give to ease that burden in honor of Cindy.
