Hello. I am a full time college student facing an unexpected challenge after losing my childhood dog, Chloe. Chloe had been by my side since I was two years old, and for 17 years, she saw me grow up and was with me through every single hardship I went through. This past Wednesday, Chloe suddenly began suffocating late at night. I rushed her to the emergency vet, and learned that her lungs were filling with water and her body was severely inflamed . Despite the vet's efforts, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go so she could rest peacefully and no longer be in pain.

Losing Chloe has left me with an overwhelming amount of

grief, but also with the burden of unexpected vet bills that I cannot manage on my own. As a college student, covering these costs is overwhelming.
