Hello! My name is Clarisa and I’m trying to raise funds to help with sudden vet bills.

This is my sweet boy Cheddar. He’s 14 years old, and I’ve had him since his eyes and ears were still sealed. He’s been a fighter since he was born, but he’s slowly losing the will to fight. As of November 20th, he was hit with heart failure and fluid that built up around his lungs. I rushed him to the ER where they were able to stabilize him and drain the fluid. Since then, he’s been on medication every day, 2-3 times a day. The medication is helping keep him comfortable, but the fluid is slowly returning, meaning his time is running out. I have an appointment Friday, 12/26, to euthanize him, so I’ll spend one last Christmas with him before he will finally rest. I used my savings and opened a care credit card for the ER, vet's office, and Lap of Love, which was completely worth it for his quality of life, but I’m left with the debt. I’m asking for help with the care credit and euthanasia, which comes to $3,136.52. Anything helps for my little boy. Thank you so much!
