Help with Charlie's medical bills

Hello, I'm Charlie and I'm currently battling the NHS.

After months of being bounced around different departments, laughed at by medical professionals, spending multiple nights in hospitals, losing my job, developing chronic pain, and subsequently needing emergency surgery, me and my consultant have come to the suspicion of endometriosis. During this time I've had to relocate, change GPs, work with different hospital teams, and advocate for myself during some really horrible situations. My life has changed so much. My ability to go for long walks, meet with friends, exercise, work, has diminished. Some days i can't even leave the house because the pain is that bad.

To top it off, I've been experiencing urinary issues for the last 18 months, which have only been getting worse. After some communication problems, and being brushed off, I have recently found out that my urology referral was rejected and I'll have to be put back on a 22 week waiting list. 

I strongly suspect that my bladder problems are related to endometriosis, and the more time it takes to investigate the more it is dramatically affecting my life.

This money will be used to consult with a private urologist, and undergo appropriate testing. I'm hoping this will give me some answers, and direct me to the help I need.
