Help With Chad Kershaw's Medical Expenses

My name is Matt Cushman and I'm fundraising for my friend Chad Kershaw. Chad recently had an infection in his leg that resulted in his foot amputation. This amputation requires two surgeries.

I met Chad during my college days when were shared a home with several other friends. Chad, nicknamed "Big Chief," is a very compassionate person. He has always gone out of his way to help his friends and those in need. Chad is one of the good guys who embodies a true friend that will always give it to you straight. He is a fiercely loyal friend that always has your back. Now is the time that he needs people to get his back.
