Help with Catherine's medical needs

Catherine, the girl who has touched so many hearts, has been dealing with a lot of medical issues lately. She started with diabetes that causes a lot of fluid retention in her legs and pneumonia in her lungs. Upon being admitted to the hospital, her blood sugar was 500, she was so swollen, and she was struggling to breathe. She was diagnosed with heart failure and pneumonia, and she was put into a medically induced coma and a ventilator was put in. She had to be like that for 2 weeks until they did a tracheostomy. She is now in a rehab center, able to talk and mostly breathe on her own.

The goal is to get Catherine home and back to as normal of a life as possible. Due to her condition, Catherine will not be able to walk anymore, and insurance won't cover the costs of putting in a ramp to get her in the house or to make adjustments. I'm trying to raise money to make the house more wheelchair accessible for her so she can come home to her family. Anything and everything will be very much appreciated!
