We are starting this Go Fund ME to help a friend in need. Carolina is a sweet and generous person. Both she and her husband, Elvis are very active in their church. They are dedicated individuals who constantly volunteer their time and resources to help others in need.

 

Over the past few months our friend, Carolina has experienced abdominal pain that continuously has gotten worse. After numerous doctor visits and an ultrasound it was discovered that Carolina has a complex tumor the size of a melon on her left ovary.

 

Carolina and her husband do not have health insurance to cover the cost of the surgery that is necessary to remove and determine if the tumor is cancerous. The cost of the surgery is over $175,000.

 

Without health insurance Carolina cannot receive this costly, vital operation.

Carolina and Elvis have exhaustively researched their options with their only recourse to travel abroad to Guatemala where the surgery is considerably less expensive.

 

The cost for the operation and travel expenses will total about $10,000.

We are asking for your help to raise this amount of money, so that Carolina can receive this urgent medical procedure as soon as possible.
