Help with end of life care for Andy Maguire

My dad andy maguire has had prostate cancer since 2012- has gone through radiation and chemotherapy. He is a trooper pushing through the pain to try to continue to help others. He cooked for salvation army for the weekly sunday dinner. He had thyroid cancer removed in 2019. His prostate cancer has resurfaced and hoped dana farber could provide some treatment options. He unfortunately has become bed bound and he just got out of the hospital...my mom only works Wednesday and Thursday. Along with my husband and myself helping out, my 15 yr old brother with autism is also having a hard time with this. Please help us out as much as possible to help with end of life preparation .
