Hello everyone, my name is Briggitte Infante. Today, I am creating a GoFundMe for Mario, a 61-year-old man who needs help to return to Mexico and reunite with his family after being separated since 2007, as well as receive treatment for thyroid cancer.

In 2005, Mario was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma (PTC). Due to limited financial and medical resources, he made the difficult decision to leave his wife and four children behind in Mexico and come to the USA in 2007. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to support his family in Mexico and make a living for himself here. Currently, he works two jobs as a dishwasher and walks to work every day as he does not have transportation.

Alhamdulillah, Mario was able to receive treatments in the USA, but in 2019, he required urgent surgery to remove cancerous lymph nodes that had spread. At this moment, his biggest wish is to reunite with his family and spend his remaining years with them, while also continuing to receive necessary medical care until he can be cured. Mario is a hardworking and dedicated man who deserves the chance to be with his loved ones again.
