Our beloved Case Manager (Bri), Bri's daughter was recently diagnosed with an incurable autoimmune disease that attacks her organs, tissues and joints.

Currently her daughter's heart and lungs are being influenced by this disease.

Bri is having to drive frequently to the Children's Hospital in Atlanta for testing, care and hospitalizations of her daughter. Bri has other small children that she is also caring for between appointments and hospitalizations.

We would like to provide an opportunity to help her family out during this hardship. She has been there for so many of our clients, providing selfless service and emotional support. It would be an honor to help her out in this time of need.
