Billy was a lost soul, but he was also very sweet. He had a rough life, facing many challenges, including mental illness and small cell lung cancer. Despite everything, he remained gentle and kind, and those who knew him will remember his quiet strength and the love he shared in his own way.

Sadly, Billy passed away, and our family is now trying to honor his memory by arranging for his cremation. We are not in a position to pay for these expenses due to our fixed income and ongoing medical issues. The cost of cremation is more than we can manage on our own, and we want to give Billy the dignity and care he deserves in his final arrangements.
