Help with bills while Kylee Heals

On June 3rd my fiancé, Kylee fell and fractured her right calcaneus bone leaving her wheelchair bound for the last 6 weeks due to her diabetes and the impact it has on her healing. After her most recent doctors visit, she is still not healed and they have decided to send her to podiatrist and surgery specialist. She has been given the okay to start walking with a boot and crutches but is still unable to return back to work full duty. Unfortunately because of her injury and working at a hospital they cant accommodate her and she was forced to take a medical leave. She does not have short term disability pay, has ran out of PTO and has no time left to cover her time out of work.
As most know Kylee has been the main provider in our household for our three girls and her 17 year old brother who lives with us. This past year Kylee has been through so much since loosing her Grandmother, taking her brother in, and being faced with the financial responsibility of her Grandmothers estate. Unfortunately Kylee has no family or anyone to go to for help during this difficult time because she is the only one left in her family. We were hopefull that this week she would be able to return to work but unfortunately she cant. Our Bills are going to become very hard now that we are down to one income and we are unsure how we are going to provide for our girls. Right now I am working everyday to help provide for our family but it’s still not enough to provide for our family of 6. Her healing is very important she is the mother to our three children and they need her healthy. I would like her to be able to heal without the stress and worry of how our bills will be paid. If anyone is able to help us it is greatly appreciated. Any little bit helps.
