Hi my name is Sheri and I am fundraising to get myself back on my feet after the apartment fire and leaving an abusive situation That almost ended me I'm doing this so that I can stand on my own two feet once again
- I plan to use the money to pay all vet bills and cremation for my cats
- pay fees associated with getting my new apartment IE: .moving costs, boxes, storage, moving truck and movers, hook ups for power, internet, phone, renters insurance
- Furniture for my new apartment I have a amazon wish-list as well as IKEA and dollar store items that i am wanting to buy
- Fees for changing my address IE: Mail forwarding
- Fees for getting new ID IE: BCID, Drivers licence, Medical card, Birth certificate and Passport
- Renters insurance
- Gas for moving
- Little food in my fridge for the new place
- Tuition for school and books
- Tuition for a woman's self defence course after fleeing domestic violence to keep me safe in the future
Over the last 8+ months I have lived in my car , lost my 2 cats and racked up vet bills due to them passing from fire related injuries and smoke inhalation. I received burns but I am okay these scars are my badges of what I went through. I finally found an apartment that I can afford and I'm grateful for this opportunity to start over. now I have the chance to to start my life over again I'm planning on going back to school to make a difference in women's lives that have been affected by violent offenders that took away who they are ..i would like to finish my criminal justice degree. So I'm just asking for a chance to start a new life and with a little help I know I can do it ...Thank You very much
