Help with bills and some medical expenses

Hi all, As you all are aware of my wife and her medical eventon 4/3, I'm going to need to take some time off of work, I do have FMLA, but I need an ammendment to it, to be able to care for her and take her to appointments if she survives this event, my hours at work have dwindled because of past and recent illnesses. I don't have enough hours to cover anything maybe 1 day.

I would appreciate anything that you all are able to donate and understand if you're unable.
