I'm currently in long term dialasis and end stage kidney failure - possible kidney transplant again??- This Fucking sucks- I don't mean to fatigue your help but, I hate asking and my ego hurts to even bring it up again . I just want to say I'm sorry .

I need help for a car (to get to my dialysis) and to continue paying basic bills. Anything helps-
