Help with Bens physiotherapy costs

Hi I’m Bens mum Carole , last May he had a horrific accident on his mx bike . He sustained compound fractures in both ankles and feet, as a result spent

73 days in hospital

68 consecutive days and 65 in Galway.

He only saw 11 different people during that time visitor wise.

13 surgeries, first was 8 May 2022 last was 21st Feb 2023 .

46 days bed bound.

42 days with a cage on his left foot.

102 days in a wheelchair.

We were so fortunate to have help last year with his medical bills , he needs private physiotherapy which is what we are raising funds for. He has been told he will need his left ankle fused or a complete replacement of the talus which requires getting a metal 3d print of his talus bone , it’s only a very new procedure & will need to be ordered from the US . He’s 21 & needs to get back to work & to do this he needs to build his muscles back up so that he can stand for longer periods of time as at the minute it’s painful to do & we’re hopeful that proper physio may put the surgery off for a while .
