Help with Barb's Medical Costs

We all need help from time to time and for that reason I am asking others to join me in helping our friend, Barbara Gabaldon with some of the cost associated with her medical care.
As many of you know, Barbara has been struck with serious health issues that have resulted in costly medical needs that include life saving medications, high insurance co-pays, travel to Stanford for tests and appointments with specialists, ambulance transports, and expensive medical equipment needs. She is currently facing numerous diagnoses, that include her heart, lungs and brain. The most pressing is a blood clot (pulmonary embolism) that is taking up all three lobes of her right lung, and a collapsed lower lobe left lung. She is back home after weeks spent hospitalized and has home health coming throughout the week for monitoring, but lives alone and could use our help. I have known Barbara as a dear friend for over thirty years. In that time I have always seen her be the first to step up to help others, now she needs our help.
