Help with Amputation costs for our cat

On January 1st, around 3pm, our cat Fox ran inside in distress and was limping on his front right leg. He was also bleeding from his leg. Meowing in pain. I was unable to take him to a vet because everyone was closed for New Years Day. The next morning, 16 hours later, I took him in and waited for 6 hours before I got a phone call that changed our lives forever. Someone shot our beloved cat, our sweet baby boy. I also learned that the best result for him would be amputation. I agreed and they went ahead with the operation the next day. That cost us over $1,300, plus a suture repair that was $200. It has set us back and we would be so grateful to replenish what we lost so we can get some bills taken care of. Thank you to anyone who donates or shares!!! It would mean so much.
