Help with ALS expenses and replace van

Other than the loss of my bodily functions, the cost of living with ALS is just another additional stress. Between medical expenses and general living and home costs, I can’t do it without your help. 

Medical equipment, transportation, and home healthcare visits are ongoing and will be increasing as time goes on.

As an added bonus, it seems my 18 year old van is getting tired and needing to be replaced. Ouch!!
