Help with Aleks’s medical expenses

hello

Our 20 year old son Aleks is currently in trauma center at Harborview in Seattle,

he has spinal cord injury and broken ribs, shoulder.

he survived a tragic motorcycle accident on October 27 and was in surgery for 6 hours to put rods and wire his back together.

he does not have feelings in his legs or around his waist and will need special supports at home to allow a wheelchair like ramps, but also rebuild bathroom from bathtub to wheelchair accessible shower.

he has been moved from ICU to Acute care.

there is a long road to recovery and long hospital stay before he will be able to come home.

our prayer is that he will come home before Christmas

it would be the most precious gift to our family to be together at home and not hospital

Aleks will have piling medical expenses every step of his recovery and he is a college student without job yet.

we don’t know the extend of those covered and not covered by the insurance.

we hope to not have him worry about medical bills when he is supposed to focus on recovery and to provide e court intent at home where he can safely move around and reach things that now would not be reachable.
