I'm reaching out to you today with a heavy heart to ask for your help. I know Ellie would never ask herself as she has too much pride, but I am aware of the struggles she has had over the last couple of years with multiple massive expenses, from roofs to rejected insurance claims, and the stress she is under right now.

Albert who we all know and love as a gorgeous cheeky boy, has recently undergone extensive surgery due to a severe blockage. While the surgery was initially successful, his recovery has not been straightforward and he may now need a referral to intensive care to give him the best chance of survival.

Even before this problem with recovery, the vet fees have far exceeded what her insurance may cover. Her insurance covers up to £4000 per condition, however they have not been reliable in the past and a lot of you know the issues she had with the last failed claim. The total bills at the moment are £7350 and rising every hour. I know Ellie has always been there for others in these situations, and now she and Albert need our support more than ever.

I know its January and everyone is struggling, but any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in covering Albert's medical expenses and ensuring he gets the best care possible to hopefully survive this.
