My biggest give aways are my voice, adam’s apple, thinning hair and masculine facial features! And after 7 years on hrt it doesn’t look like my face will change on it own

The dysphoria I feel when I see my face and hear my voice is heart breaking

Im hopefully going to be studying to become a teacher for the next 3 years so money will be even tighter than it is already so I won’t be able to save much at all.
