Help with Adam’s gender reaffirming surgery

I’m making this gofundme for My younger brother, Adam, who came out five years ago at just fourteen years old. He is so brave to be so open and honest with himself at such a young age. Through him I have learned so much about one’s identity and the importance of living as your truest self. Being his sibling has been the greatest gift I could ever ask for.
Despite our entire family being supportive of Adam, we have always been low income and have never had the means to pursue any sort of gender affirming surgery for Adam. I want this for Adam because he is such a creative and charming guy, but in his current body he is not as confident as he could be and deserves to be. I know this life changing procedure will give him everything he needs and wants to truly be himself and shine like the star I have always known him to be.
Please help me help my incredible brother to transform his life.
