Help with a life saving battle hi my name is dan

Hello my name is Dan and first off I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my story. I have recently diagnosed with a potentially life threatening condition with my heart and I need open heart surgery it will actually be 2 heart surgeries at once. Something is eating away at my heart at what my doctor describes as a " alarming rate" and I also have a aneurysm that is approaching maximum size for surgery I will be finding out shortly when the surgery will take place in the mean time I have been ordered under no circumstances am I to work or or even lift anything above 5 pounds. This has been very humbling because I have always been a hard worker and now to be told I can't even lift my grandchildren is crushing me I am the type that finds it very hard to ask for help but now I have no choice I can't work and have exhausted my unemployment benefits and am currently waiting on disability but am waiting on the documents from the doctor and this will take some time. As of rite now I need money to pay bills and for my medication that are very expensive I also need a special diet that is also very expensive. At this point I humbly am asking for the help of the community and family and friends for your help.
