Help with a expensive breast cancer treatment

Donation protected
My beloved little cousin, Adamirka Martinez Mota (Ada), is battling breast cancer. At just 34 years old, she's an elementary school teacher and party decorator, devoted to her family of four children (three of her own) and blessed with a dedicated husband. Residing in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic, after undergoing a mastectomy, she requires a highly expensive prescription, Abemaciclib 150 mg, which she needs to take twice daily for two years to prevent metastasis. A single month's supply costs RD$215,040.00, equivalent to US$3,820, comprising 4 boxes with 14 pills each. 2 years is US$91,680 (RD$5,160,960).

Though Ada sought assistance from the government institution popularly known as 'Bajo Costo,' but they lacked the medication in their catalog. Her efforts with the First Lady's office are pending a response. Family and neighbors have organized fundraisers to help secure the funds for her next box of medication. My husband and I are contributing as well, yet we earnestly seek your support and we will match any amount that gets raised on this effort. The total required amount is $91,680, covering two years of treatment. This is crucial to ensure this mother, wife, teacher, daughter, friend, and cousin remains part of our lives. Your help is invaluable to us.

Here is her history narrated by herself:

"In 2020, I gave birth to Liz, my second baby. Months later, I began experiencing discomfort in my right breast. Following several check-ups with my doctor, I was assured that it was nothing to worry about. I underwent several ultrasounds that didn't reveal any anomalies; I was told it was due to dense breast tissue. However, the intense pain persisted. After two ultrasounds that appeared to be normal, I decided to seek another medical opinion in 2022. The new doctor found a cyst.
In May of that same year, I accompanied my mother to her medical appointments, as her health was delicate. During one visit, I requested an examination for myself. The doctor recommended a biopsy, which revealed a grade 2 ductal carcinoma. While awaiting further tests, I noticed the absence of my menstrual period. Five days after receiving the cancer diagnosis, I discovered I was pregnant. The news overwhelmed me. I visited several specialists to assess options regarding my condition. Some agreed, while others disagreed with the idea of undergoing chemotherapy treatment during pregnancy.
I accepted chemotherapy treatment upon reaching the 20th week of pregnancy. I underwent four chemotherapy sessions during pregnancy, which, thank God, did not affect either my baby or me.
After giving birth to my healthy daughter, thanks to God!, I underwent four more chemotherapy sessions. When I finished, I had a complete mastectomy, and the biopsy post-surgery revealed that of the 14 lymph nodes removed, 6 were affected, indicating evidence of active disease in my body, cells that could reappear or spread to another part of my body. Every day, we pray that won't happen. Currently, I have been on Aromasin for 5 years, and in addition, I was prescribed Abemaciclib 150 mg, a medication to block or eliminate cells in early stages like mine, which is very expensive and beyond my financial means. This is my story"

$91,680 for a 2-year treatment is really hard for a family, but easier for a group of people. Together, drop by drop, we can fill the cup and help my young cousin survive.
