Help Wissam Rebuild Life and Save His Son

Hello, My name is Myka Uyguangco and I am organizing this fundraiser for Wissam from Gaza. This is his story, in his own words:

Save My Family – Help Us Find Hope

My name is Wissam, a young Palestinian father from Gaza. I am married and blessed with a baby boy who was born in the midst of relentless war and destruction. Our lives have been turned upside down—we lost our home, our sense of safety, and my workplace, which I relied on to provide for my family, was completely destroyed.

My son came into this world under the sound of bombs and shelling, surrounded by fear and devastation. He was born with a critical health condition that requires urgent medical treatment abroad—a treatment that is impossible to access inside Gaza due to the collapsed health system and humanitarian crisis we are living through.

All I am asking for is a chance to start over in a safe place, where my family can find stability and dignity, and where my son can receive the life-saving medical care he desperately needs.

Today, I appeal to your kindness and humanity. Any support you can give—no matter how small—brings us one step closer to saving my child’s life and building a future filled with hope instead of despair.
