I am trying to raise funds to make my cabin/tiny-house ❄️ Winter-ready, and move out of the tent by Winter. With starting fresh and breaking ground on raw-land for a new off-grid nursery and living location this season, I haven’t had nearly the business/income flow I’ve had in previous years. I’ve had to scale down nursery production this year in order to work on setting up the new systems and infrastructure for the off-grid homestead and Perennial Crops Nursery (Perennialcropsnursery.com) as well as slowly meet new clientele at the end of a dead end gravel road in Missouri instead of the main highway I used to be set up on in IL.

The materials I need are;

•7/16 x 4 x 8 OSB (x 30) for sheathing = $531

•Tite Seal™ 6" x 25' Self-Adhesive Flexible Asphalt Window Flashing Tape to go around all the windows and door (x 12) = $484

•R-30 EcoBatt Kraft Faced Fiberglass Insulation Batt 16 in. x 48 in. x 10 in. (x 17) = $1,835

•Hiring labor to put in the OSB, house-wrap, and windows around at least the 2nd floor. I can’t do heights on a ladder. $1,800.

•Add another $350 because things always cost more than planned.

Total ~ $5,000

Anything helps!

There will still be a million other things to do to the cabin/tiny-house but if I can at least get the sheathing, house-wrap, insulation, and windows/door installed, I will at least be able to keep myself and my things out of the elements this winter which will be a huge upgrade!
