Help Winston with Life Saving Surgery and Recovery

Anyone who knows us knows that Winston and Noori are everything to us. Yesterday Winston and Noori were attacked by a stray dog. Amosh did an amazing job to fight the dog off and protect Winston and Noori. Noori only had minor injuries and the vet joked that her thick fur saved her. Winston unfortunately sustained life threatening injuries. The Maryland Heights Police Department and the Saint Louis County Animal Care & Control were amazing and helped us through a really traumatic and dangerous event. Winston was transported to the animal hospital yesterday and had exploratory surgery. They anticipated removing one of his kidneys and part of his small intestine but were able to keep both. He remains in critical condition, but they are hopeful that he will recover.

We are surrounded with people in our life that are in need. It is difficult for us to even consider asking for help with Winston’s medical expenses. Winston is not just a dog; he’s our family. He’s our Samaru and our Chota Aloo.

Noori was able to be treated with only a $650 bill. Winston needs a miracle along with the $7,200 exploratory surgery to give him a fighting chance. With the surgery completed we now have the unknown cost of recovery ahead and your support means everything!
