Help Winston The Copperhead BrewPup!

Yesterday with no warning Winston the Copperhead Corgi started showing signs of being unwell and went to the vet in terrible pain. He has since lost use of his hind legs and has been taken to the Texas A&M small animal hospital. They diagnosed him with Inervertebral disc disease. He is scheduled to go into surgery at any moment, and I’m not even sure my goal donation amount will fully cover his care.  His outlook has a 50 percent chance of full recovery after months of rehabilitation and medication. A smaller chance of recovering but having to use a doggy wheel chair, and we won’t mention what happens in the third circumstance. Since this brewery opened it has become a second home for me, my family, and my friends. Seth, Alicia, Winston, Mark, and Carol are part of my family now too and I’m sure many of you feel the same. Winston is the heart of this brewery without a doubt. He greats you loudly at the door every time and is sad to see you go. Owning a small business in the craft beer industry it can be a challenge to make ends meet at the best of times. I’m sure Seth and Alicia haven’t spared a thought for the cost, as Winston is like their only child, and they are the last ones to ever ask for help, but realistically this will be more than a strain on them. We can’t make Winston better but we can try to show our support and take some of the burden. I understand everyone has their own struggles and things get tight sometimes but if you can find it in your heart to donate even one dollar that gets you a big hug from me.
