My name is Winston Miller, and I’m raising funds to fight a custody case involving my daughter, who has been my whole world these past few years.
At just 15 months old, my daughter experienced a life-threatening emergency involving medication exposure while in someone else’s care. From that day forward, I’ve made it my priority to keep her close — taking her with me wherever I go, working around her needs, and creating a safe, stable life for her filled with learning, laughter, and love. She’s grown into a bright and joyful little girl who greets the world with curiosity and charm — and even has her own buggy at the “Ace Hardwork” store!
Now, after years of trying to avoid legal conflict and keep peace, my wife and I are separated, and a court custody case has begun. A recent temporary custody order has placed my daughter back into an environment I have concerns about — similar to the one that led to her earlier emergency. I’m doing everything I can to advocate for her safety, but I urgently need support to make sure her voice is heard and her needs are protected.
My father — her grandfather — has also stepped in as a steady and loving caregiver and is pursuing every avenue available to help. We are reaching out to friends, family, and anyone moved by our story to consider contributing, however small or large. Every donation helps us fight for what matters most — her future.
